A. Give us a call as soon as possible at 877.277.5409 for assistance or email us at cabins@firstclasscabins.com. We will locate it in our files via the unique tracking number and verify that it has not be redeemed. At that time we will cancel it and a new one will be emailed to you.

A. Just give us a call at 877.277.5409 between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00 pm - Mon-Sat, or request your dates via our
secure on-line booking tool.
Q. Does my gift certificate expire?
A. Yes. Gift certificates expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
