2) Your cabin is unique and should be treated that way. Handling a smaller number of cabins allows us to provide true hands-on management - such as personally checking each one for cleanliness and safety or maintenance issues. (We just don't see how that can be done if you're managing too many properties.)
3) Providing great customer service with a personal touch tells our customers that they are valued and generates repeat business and referrals. This is not only important from a monetary standpoint, but return visitors RESPECT your property!
